Adam Slipakoff is a corporate lawyer who co-founded two thriving mid-sized law firms in Atlanta. Mr. Slipakoff’s principal areas of concentration include venture capital, corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Slipakoff has represented businesses at all stages of development and in a variety of industries. His merger and acquisition practice includes structuring and financing acquisitions and divestitures for public and privately owned companies and involves both domestic and international acquisitions. In the corporate finance arena, Mr. Slipakoff has represented clients in connection with private placements of equity and debt securities, venture capital, project finance and mezzanine finance transactions, and ongoing compliance issues under the federal and state securities laws.
Howie Slomka graduated from Princeton University in 1990 and Georgetown Law School in 1994, where he delivered the commencement address and wrote for the American Criminal Law Review. He is a member in good standing of the Florida and Georgia bars and has practiced in Atlanta since 1996. Howie’s attorney practice focuses on complex bankruptcy, litigation, real estate, hospitality and lending law. In addition to representing his law firm clients as a bankruptcy lawyer based in Atlanta, Howie also serves as General Counsel to Olympia Development Group, Inc., and Olympia Hotels Management, LLC in their development, leasing, and hospitality functions. He is a mediocre golfer whose bio would be incomplete without mentioning his beautiful and supportive wife and three fantastic kids.
Shawn Eisenberg graduated from West Virginia University in 1999 and Hofstra University School of Law in 2002. Shawn was also the Business Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. Shawn is a member in good standing of the New York and Georgia bars and has practiced law in Atlanta since 2006. Shawn’s attorney practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy, loan origination servicing and commercial real estate. In addition to representing his law firm clients, Shawn also serves as Vice President of Management and Leasing for LIT Property Services.
Darren R. Hojnacki graduated from the University of Toledo in 2000 with a B.S in physics and a concentration in astrophysics. He went on to study culutural anthropology at the masters level at Floriday State University. Ultimately, he graduated from New England School of Law in 2006, where he was a member of the Environmental Moot Court team. Darren’s practice area focuses on consumer bankruptcy. Darren has represented people in bankruptcy almost exclusively overly his 10 years+ of practice.
Graduating from the Law School of Indiana University, Wendy was at the top of her class. She tried hundreds of cases, handling countless high-dollar settlements, involving automobile accidents, slip and fall occurrences, nursing home abuse, construction litigation, family law, general business and commercial litigation. Wendy gives back to the community and is involved in various civic organizations, even serving as an a adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University.
